HERE ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR World SERIES OF BASEBALL EVENT.....
A> When does the tournament start and end? Coaches’ meetings, Opening Ceremonies Parades, Pin Trading and more starts on Tuesday Julu 11th. Each team will play 4 Pool Play games on Tuesday, Wednesday.
Double Elimination bracket play starts on Thursday, July 13th, no team is eliminated prior to Friday July 14th, and Championship games are set for Saturday July 15th. Sunday July 16th is set aside for weather day if needed.
B> Is the event a Stay to Play tournament? NO, you can stay wherever you like. We do strongly encourage you to reach out to one of our hotels to get the best rate and top-notch customer service!
C> Will you have a team and individual skills competitions? YES! We will offer three individual competitions (HR Derby, Rocket Arm & Roadrunner) as well as one team competition (Around the Horn).
D> When are the entry fee and team gate fees due?
Your team entry fee is due once the event is sold out. You can save significantly on your entry fee by signing up and paying early by January 31st. Early entry fee is $ 725 if registered beforeJanuary 31, 2023,
After January 31st entry fee is $ 950....
A onetime Gate fee of $850 is Due at Coaches Sign-in Monday July10th, 2023. This grants anyone's entrance to the park for the weeklong event.
E> Will age divisions be separated into classes? YES, provided we have at least 10-teams in an individual class within an age division in WS I, II sessions.
F> Do we have to qualify to play in this event? No prequalification’s needed!!
G> Do you supply balls? YES, we supply two new balls per game.
H> Will you have official World Series merchandise for sale and/or pre-order? YES! We will have pre-order forms available by May 1, 2023, so that teams can place TEAM ORDERS ONLY (no individual orders) for official World Series merchandise including Dri Fit T-Shirts, WS logo pins, WS logo pin trading towels, The Game Hats and more! This pre-order form will be available under the merchandise tab for world series.
I> What rules does UACS SPORTS play by? We play by National Federation High School Rules with the exceptions found under the rules link on this website.

J> OK, we are in, how do we sign up? Click on the Sign-up link under the world series tab of the home page at http://www.uacssports.com After you have created an UACS Account signed up and sanction your team if you have not for the 2023 season. Click on World Series registration and go to events, find the session you want to sign up for, click register, follow the prompts and select to pay upfront or cash at gate till the event is sold out. At any time, you can login and add your roster and insurance. All rosters and insurance must be online 2 weeks prior to the event.
